崗位職責(zé)：
1.Provide precise assistance to the PBD Head in serving the TOP5 developers. 為部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人提供精準(zhǔn)支持，共同服務(wù)TOP5開(kāi)發(fā)商。
2.Quickly establish connections with the design, marketing, procurement and other relevant departments of the TOP5 Developers. 能夠快速、精準(zhǔn)的與TOP5開(kāi)發(fā)商的設(shè)計(jì)、市場(chǎng)、采購(gòu)及其他相關(guān)部門(mén)建立聯(lián)系。
3.Manager product assortments with PBT and formulate products catalogue for KA. 與PBT共同管理產(chǎn)品組合，并為關(guān)鍵客戶制定產(chǎn)品策略。
4.Guide national-level strategic interactions, roadshows, and marketing activities.主導(dǎo)戰(zhàn)略對(duì)接、路演及市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)。
5.Assist the PBD Head in handling emergency situations with the TOP5 Developers. 協(xié)助部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人處理TOP5開(kāi)發(fā)商的緊急情況。


任職資格：
1.Bachelor’s Degree. 本科及以上學(xué)歷。
2.Work experience in the real estate industry. 具備房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.Strong business mindset. 具備商業(yè)意識(shí)。
4.Communication skills and management skills.良好的溝通與管理能力。
